On September 9th, 2016, our family was completed. We welcomed our new baby girl, Melody, into the world. And as Harrison, our three-year-old, kept saying, “We’re all here!” So here is Melody’s official birth story. If you want the short version, she was born at 10:39am, on September 9th, 2016. Pokemon fever has reached our home, so it only seemed fitting that we did Pokemon costumes for Halloween this year! We had four willing kiddos (well the baby had no opinion), so we went for it. Here’s our Pokemon costume ideas! Carter was Ash Ketchum, Vanessa was Misty, Harrison was Pikachu, and Melody was a… [Read More]
No more excuses. Yep, my baby is now 7 weeks old, and it’s time for this mama to get her health on track and lose the baby weight! One of my favorite brands is Premier Protein. My mom worked downtown, so she had to leave early in the morning. My brother and I usually fed ourselves before heading… [Read More]
When you bring home a new baby, you are going to have so many people who just “have” to come see her! In our case, this included relatives, close friends, and about 150 teenaged students!
