We don’t always have time to go to the gym or run 5 miles. We don’t always have the cash to pay for a fitness class or at-home equipment. But most of us have access to YouTube, whether at home or away, so today I thought I’d share 30 free workout videos on YouTube!
I need a kick-in-the-pants this month, and I bet you could use it too! This chart of 30 days of free workout videos can be used during any month, and you can start on any day.
The chart below is fully clickable, so click the day you are on, and you’ll be taken to that video. No need to do 30 days straight- just go at your own pace and have fun trying out new workouts!
If you’d like to keep track of your days and the workouts you liked the best, just right click and choose “save image as…,” to save the chart to your desktop, and then print it out.
Here’s the exciting part: Each day features a video from a totally different YouTube fitness channel, and a wide range of styles is included on the list, so you can explore them all and decide which channels are your favorites. Then you can bookmark those channels and return in the future for more great free workout videos!
And for those of you who prefer a list, I have included the 30 free workout videos below in list format, so just bookmark this page (or even better, pin the image!) and return each day to get your next video!
