Here is what my schedule looks like, pretty much from now until the end of the year:
- Monday: home with Carter, housework
- Tuesday: drive to Tucson, work 8:30-3:30, The Bully rehearsal 4:15-5:30, ARS rehearsal 6:30-9:30
- Wednesday: work 9-4, drive home to St. David, teach voice lesson 5:30-6
- Thursday: home with Carter, drive to Tucson, Starmites rehearsal 4:15-6, drive home
- Friday: home with Carter, nativity show rehearsal 7-9
- Saturday: home with Carter and Daniel
- Sunday: church
It’s pretty much insanity, but at least it’s temporary. I do like to be busy, in fact I get depressed if I’m not busy enough, but this is probably overkill even for me. The thing is, I don’t want to give up the activities that I love, which are the things that are making me super busy. Anyway, I will continue to consider all opportunities that come up, but I’ll always be reevaluating as my family grows and circumstances change.
Right now I’m just really grateful that I have these opportunities that are coming up right now, and I will do my best to make everything work! When the new baby comes, I fully expect a couple of free months (except for, you know, having two kids).
Then the madness will just begin again! :)
