Boost your immune system with elderberries

by Megan

When the girls I work with started talking about elderberries, I thought we were doing a Harry Potter book club kind of thing, but then I realized they were talking about how to boost their immune system!

I received this product for free from Moms Meet (momsmeet.com) to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.

As we head into fall, especially during a hectic year that included a worldwide pandemic, keeping your immune system strong will be essential. Nobody wants to spend the holiday season under-the-weather, so give yourself a fighting chance with Sambucol Black Elderberry Gummies!

Boosting your immune system never tasted so good. I’m pretty picky, but these gummies taste delicious and provide you with both vitamin C and zinc. They are gluten, nut, soy, dairy, and egg-free and have only 1 g of sugar per gummy.

No lie, after trying my first gummy, I checked the directions to see if I could have another (yep, it’s allowed!).

Sambucol, the original Black Elderberry extract, provides strong, natural immune
system support to help you and your family stay healthy throughout the
year. It’s made from black elderberries which have twice the natural antioxidant
capacity of blueberries and more than 50% the overall antioxidant
capability of cranberries.

And if gummies aren’t your thing, you can get your elderberry goodness in another way, with the Sambucol Original Syrup or Sambucol Immune Powder Drink with Vitamin C.

The cool thing about the syrup is that you can take two teaspoons daily, on its own, or you can mix it with water or juice, stir it into a smoothie or yogurt, or even put it on pancakes! Check out more recipes using Sambucol’s syrup on their blog.

If you’re always on the go, you can mix the Sambucol Elderberry Immune Drink
with water and take it with you.

Sambucol Black Elderberry Gummies are available to purchase at
Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, Ralphs,
Vons, Safeway, and Kroger. Click here to find a store near you!
