Vanessa got up at 5:30 this morning. She hasn’t done that in a long time. Usually she sleeps until 7 or 8, but not this morning!
It was okay with me though. Vanessa is not usually much of a snuggler, but I got about 15 minutes of pure snuggle time in my bed with her, and then we got up and played, just the two of us.
We are at my parents’ house this weekend while Daddy is having a fun few nerdy days of gaming with his friends, and it has been all Halloween up in here!
My mom planned lots of Halloween-themed crafts, foods, and we did a photo shoot with the kids in their costumes. I’ll do a more in-depth post soon, but for now here are some teasers:
