Ingredients
Method
- Set griddle to low and spray generously with cooking spray
- Prepare pancake batter
- Slice bananas 1/2" thick and place on griddle in small circles ("flowers")
- Pour batter over bananas, fully covering the bananas, to form pancakes
- Drop blueberries on top of batter
- Flip pancakes when they start to bubble
- Remove when done and serve with butter and powdered sugar
