Grab ‘n Go Freezer Egg McMuffin Sandwiches

Easy, grab-and-go breakfast for busy families! Make a batch and freeze for a whole month's worth of on-the-go breakfasts!

  • 30 English muffins
  • 30 cheese slices
  • 30 eggs
  • 30 slices of ham bacon, Canadian bacon, or sausage patties
  • Pam spray
  • Muffin pan or griddle
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Freezer Storage Bags


  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F
  • Spray muffin pan with Pam
  • Crack eggs into muffin pan, making sure yolks are broken, and add salt and pepper
  • Bake for 10 minutes (eggs will still be a bit undercooked)
  • Prep sandwiches while eggs bake by separating the English muffins and adding cheese to one half and meat to the other
  • Add eggs and close up sandwiches
  • Wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap, put in a Ziploc bag, and place in freezer
  • To reheate- unwrap and heat in microwave for 1 minute
