Grab ‘n Go Freezer Egg McMuffin Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 30 English muffins
  • 30 cheese slices
  • 30 eggs
  • 30 slices of ham bacon, Canadian bacon, or sausage patties
  • Pam spray
  • Muffin pan or griddle
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Freezer Storage Bags

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F
  2. Spray muffin pan with Pam
  3. Crack eggs into muffin pan, making sure yolks are broken, and add salt and pepper
  4. Bake for 10 minutes (eggs will still be a bit undercooked)
  5. Prep sandwiches while eggs bake by separating the English muffins and adding cheese to one half and meat to the other
  6. Add eggs and close up sandwiches
  7. Wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap, put in a Ziploc bag, and place in freezer
  8. To reheate- unwrap and heat in microwave for 1 minute
