We’ve been spending a wonderful Memorial Day weekend up in Payson, Arizona, with my husband’s family. That is, 11 adults and 13 children ranging in ages from 6 months to 15 years! The kids have been having so much fun playing with their cousins! Carter has a cousin who is 3 weeks younger than he is, so the two of them have been inseparable. Vanessa is just having fun walking around and seeing everything there is to see. It’s very green and peaceful and much cooler up here!
Meanwhile, I’ve had the chance to just hang out, take naps, and relax! We will be heading home tomorrow evening, and I’m always excited to get back home after a trip. Back to our own house, our own routines, and our own way of life.
I will be doing a lot of thinking and planning over the next few days, as to what I want my blog to be in June. This month of May has been my biggest blogging month yet (gaining readers, exposure, more posts than any other month, etc.), and I want to continue to grow and develop. Thanks to those of you who are helping; you know who you are (and if you think I might, maybe, possibly mean you, then I probably do). If you are reading this now, then you are part of it!
June 1st will mark the first of my new link-up series, “A Look Back.” We are writing posts about what life was like for us in 1984, including photos, memories, and anything else you want! Write your own post (it can be as short or as long as you want!), and come back on the 1st to link it up!
