Weigh in- 161

Goal pants- About the same as last week

So I didn’t quite reach my goal of 159 for my doctor’s appointment tomorrow (although who knows- maybe I’ll wake up tomorrow and weigh in at 159!), but it was a pretty lofty goal anyway and I didn’t really think I’d get there. I’m happy that I was able to keep my weight loss from when I was sick.

I hope everyone got a chance to listen to conference this weekend. What a great conference it was! Some of those talks were just what I needed to hear.

Well, I will be in Maine most of this week and the beginning of next week, but the weight loss journey continues! Since I know I will be splurging a little on food, my food goals are to stop when I’m full, and to drink some water every day. For exercise, I’m going to do the first week of the podrunner intervals 5k program. I’m also going to read the Body for Life book so I can get started on that soon!

Here’s hoping Carter loves plane rides!!
