Pretty good day. I’m down another pound, which means I’m more than halfway to losing my pregnancy weight. If the first half can come off in a month, I think I can get the second half off in five months.
Tuesday’s food:
- 9:30am- cereal, toast, juice
- 1pm- fresca, lean cuisine ravioli, vanilla pudding
- 2pm- peanut butter crackers
- 3:30pm- cereal
- 6pm- tombstone pizza, juice, water
- 8pm- applesauce
- 8:30pm- slice of pepperjack cheese
- Total calories- 2175
