Last month I set a goal to lose 8 pounds, and I managed to lose 7. I set that same goal for October, to lose another 7 pounds, and I wrote about it in my monthly goals post. We are five days away from the end of Julie’s #tenpoundsbytenten challenge, and I have 3 pounds to go! Can I do it? Well, this also happens to be “detox” week with Revolt Fitness, so I just might make it!
