Today I’m linking up my post about how I’m learning a better way to eat, through the Revolt Fitness program.

Last month I set a goal to lose 10 pounds, and I did it! This month my goal is 8 pounds, and I’ve lost about 6 so far!

That is so great! It always helps to have someone go through it with you! I’m looking for tips on that ever constant belly fat.
