Stay Fit Sunday #4

This week I’ve linked up my post about my monthly goals. It was one of these posts that inspired us to start this linkup, and I do them at the beginning of every month. I love to set small goals each month to help me toward my larger goals, as well as checking things off my bucket list.
Last month I set a goal to lose 10 pounds, and I did it! This month my goal is 8 pounds, and I’ve got 1 down with 7 to go!
