Revolt Fitness 12 in 12: Vlog #1

The Revolt Fitness 12 in 12 challenge starts Monday! I talked about it already here for the first Stay Fit Sunday, but basically I am one of 12 participants who will be featured on the Revolt website, as we complete 12 weeks of the program, sharing our weekly photos, weigh-ins, and measurements. Scary, yet motivating!

Each week, along with photos and measurements, I will be posting a vlog, talking about how I’m doing on the program. I would greatly appreciate your support as I go along! I know it will be hard, but I also know that if I stick to the program, I will see results.

The first week is detox week, and on Wednesday I will be going to get measured in a BodPod, to get my exact body fat percentage. I will get measured again at the end of the 12 weeks, as a definite way of quantifying the results.

Here is my first 12 in 12 vlog, where I talk about my goals for the challenge. Enjoy (the cute baby)!
