Did you do a double-take at the title? HEALTHY chocolate fondue? Yeah, I’m for real. Today I’m sharing a recipe for the easiest, simplest, HEALTHIEST chocolate fondue you can make. Get ready for some double-dipping!
This healthy chocolate fondue is absolutely perfect for an after-school snack, or a late night in-front-of-the-tv indulgence. The “fondue” part requires only two ingredients (and it’s very possible you already have them in your kitchen!), and then you can dip whatever you’d like!
Healthy Chocolate Fondue
For all of you purists out there, no this isn’t officially “fondue.” It’s not melted chocolate, nor is it warm. But it is a creamy, chocolatey dip, perfect for enjoying with your favorite fruits, veggies, pretzels, mini waffles, and anything else you can dream up!
I had the pleasure of meeting representatives from Nesquik when I attended the Mom 2.0 Summit conference in April, in Laguna Beach. Seriously one of the best ideas I’ve seen from a sponsor at a conference! I signed up for a time and filmed this video:

Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Nesquik chocolate powder
Your choice of cut-up fruit, veggies, waffles, etc.
Directions:
- Mix together the Nesquik chocolate powder and the yogurt (about 2 tablespoons per cup of yogurt).
- Dip your favorite fruits, veggies, or other finger foods.
- Eat and enjoy!
I knew my kiddos would be all over this snack! That platter was gone faster than if I had put it down in front of hungry dogs!
