My Tiny Love

by Megan

I think I might have mentioned that I recently had a baby. Okay so that’s basically what every blog post has centered around lately. If you somehow missed that fact, then welcome back! I’ve missed you.

While I was pregnant, I entered some giveaways for baby products, but there was one in particular that I was crazy excited about (and crazy disappointed when I didn’t win). It was for the Tiny Love 3-in-1 Rocker Napper:

This is a baby bassinet slash rocking chair slash vibrating chair slash vibrating bed slash non-rocking chair slash rocking bed slash non-rocking bed slash napping chair slash…you get it.

3-in-1? More like 87-in-1. I’m just guesstimating.

Anyway, I did not win that giveaway, but later on after I begged them Tiny Love offered to send me my very own 3-in-1 Rocker Napper (this thing needs a nickname). Not only that, but they were willing to let me give one away to a lucky reader! Win win win (you, me, and baby).

Harry slept in his Rocker Napper on the first night home from the hospital, and he’s slept in it every night since! I keep it right next to my side of the bed, for easy middle-of-the-night feedings. And so that I can peek over the side of my bed to see this sight every morning:

Hiya, Harry!

This is what the Rocker Napper looked like straight out of the box:

It was pretty easy to put together. I did it myself in about 30 minutes. It should have only taken 20, but I was constantly shooing away my two older kids from playing with the pieces.

She got to try it out anyway…

This bed/chair is SO versatile. It has three different positions- reclining chair, flat bed, and halfway between. It can hold up to 40 pounds, so it can be used for a long time.

You can adjust the supports so that the Rocker Napper can rock or stay still, and a three-point lap harness is included.

A vibrating element is also included, which you may find calming for your baby. I’ve tried it a few times with Harrison, but he’s rarely fussy so I’m not sure if he likes it or not.

It also has an overhead toy arm with two colorful toys and two pictures that light up. There are two volume settings, and you can choose to play upbeat or soothing melodies. My only gripe here is that you cannot play the music without the lights flashing. I thought Harrison might enjoy listening to the soothing tunes when he falls asleep, but the lights are too distracting. One thing I do like is that you can just rotate the toy arm to the side, so it’s out of the way while baby is sleeping.

We love the Rocker Napper so much that we took it with us for a weekend away! It’s not specifically made for travel, but we have a minivan, so we put the whole thing right in there!

Harrison loves his Tiny Love 3-in-1 Rocker Napper, and so do I. It’s one piece of baby gear that will make life a little easier, and what else could you ask for when you have a little one?

I love how versatile it is! It’s so hard to find something that you would feel comfortable letting your little one sleep in, but this certainly looks like one of those things!

This is perfect so you wont have so much furniture for the baby. It’s 3 in 1 and up to 40 lbs so it would last awhile–I so need this in our tiny apt for our next baby!!!

I love how versatile this is. I want a bassinet for when my baby is a newborn, but I feel like it is a waste of money because it can be only be used a few months. I like that this can be used as a rocker as well.

I love how versatile that is! It would be perfect for Grandma’s since it’s a bassinet and chair but doesn’t take up a lot of floor space. Also Harrison is adorable!

I like that you can see your baby when you are in bed and they are laying in the rocker. I hated having the bassinet because I would always be so worried she would kick herself to the edge and I would not notice, she started doing that at only a month old!

Reply
Katherine D. August 21, 2013 - 2:00pm

I like how it grows with your baby! It will save $ and space since you only need this instead of 3-4 other things to get the same job done.
