So you know how they say that the more processed a food is, the worse it is for you? Well of course I KNOW that, but for me, the more processed a food is, the more likely I am to eat it!
I am probably one of the pickiest adult eaters ever. I do not have a wide range of foods that I like, and on top of that, I am way creeped out by “fresh” foods.
I am constantly worried that whatever I’m eating that is supposedly “fresh” is actually bad. I’m talking about fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, milk, etc. I don’t like to buy a lot of produce, because I’m so worried that it’ll be bad by the time I eat it. It bothers me that whatever I’m eating is slowly decaying, so as fresh as it may be, it’s still in the process of dying. Is that weird? I’m weird.
How can I get over this without going to the grocery store every day to get fresh foods?
