Here is my challenge for March! I actually found another March abs calendar on Pinterest, but when I took a closer look at it, I didn’t think the exercises were optimal, so I made my own!
Are you wondering about how my January goal went? Yeah…not so well! After rocking the December push up challenge, it was disappointing that January didn’t happen. I was even going to extend it to February, but 1. I dropped the ball and didn’t work on it as hard as I should have and 2. I’m not sure my body is ready to be that flexible at this point in time! It’s still a goal, and I’m not giving up!
But for March, it’s all about the abs!
