I got this dvd at Target the other night (when I was taking myself on a fun little shopping spree), and it is awesome! Jillian is hardcore, and just the level 1 workout was really hard. I’m feeling it today in my shoulders and abs. The cover of the dvd says “lose 20 pounds in 30 days” which I scoffed at, but now I’m not so sure! I think if you did it every day you just might lose that much! I’m planning on alternating it with running in the next few weeks. Going to try the podrunner intervals that Elyse suggested, once I get the go ahead from my doctor on Tuesday.
Still working on getting to 159 by Tuesday… I said that I thought I would regain some weight this week because I didn’t eat a whole lot last week, but I’ve kept it off! Two pounds to go!
