Today is a “boost my metabolism” day.
…that means I ate a lot.
Actually, I did have a couple of not-so-healthy meals, but I hardly had any snacks today, so it’s probably not that bad.
Plus, I did awesome yesterday! Daniel had his concerts in the evening, and he offered to take me out afterward, and I SAID NO. That is unheard of, but I didn’t want to spoil my hard work.
And I met my goal this morning, that I had set for today, so it was worth it.
I’m hoping to lose two more pounds in the next five days. Big goal, but if I make it, then I lost 10 pounds in a month. Even one more would be awesome.
