Day 21

Last week of no sugar… I’m trying to make it an extra hardcore week so I can get as much out of it as possible.

I was going to get up and run this morning, but I forgot to set an alarm!

Today and tomorrow I’m just at home, so for meals I’m going to stay here and make do with whatever we have.

Wednesday and Thursday I’m in Tucson, so there might be a meal or two out, but I will eat as smartly as possible.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I am at home again, and will eat all meals here, but I will be going grocery shopping on Friday, so I can replenish our stock!

I weighed heavier today than yesterday, as I expected, because of the fast, but it was a new low, disregarding yesterday, so that’s really good!
