The key to a great party appetizer is a simple recipe that looks fancy! This simple party appetizer combines goat cheese and cranberries to make the perfect holiday dip, and the presentation is practical and attractive. You’ll definitely want to include these at your next party!
Cranberry Goat Cheese Dip with Veggies
This is a simple appetizer recipe that requires only three ingredients (plus dippers) and no cooking! In other words, it’s my kind of recipe!
The honey combines with the goat cheese to make a creamy dip, and the dried cranberries help add some sweetness and flavor that complements the tanginess of the goat cheese. The perfect combination of tastes for dipping your veggies or breadsticks!
8oz Joan of Arc® Goat Cheese
3 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
Dippers: (can be anything you want!)
1. Mix goat cheese with honey in a bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Stir in dried cranberries.
3. Fill plastic cups about 1/4 full with dip.
4. Stick in celery, carrot sticks, or any other dippers.
These look great presented on a tray, and guests can just grab a cup and start snacking! It’s the perfect “work-the-room” party appetizer! Great for kids, too, because everything is in one cup, and (hopefully) there’s no mess!
And if you’re like me (a cheese nerd) you’ll definitely want to check out all the other flavors and varieties from Joan of Arc. I must try their Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese! We found the traditional goat cheese at WinCo, along with a Bruschetta flavor that looked tasty!
As you’re planning your holiday menus, be sure to check out more goat cheese recipes. There are so many great ideas that I never would have thought of! I’m dying to try them all, so add me to your invite list!
