Have you found the subscription box that is just right for you, yet? If you’re into health, nutrition, and weight loss, then you may find that the Bulu Box is just what you’re looking for! I was sent a Bulu Box to review, so let me show you what they sent this month!
First of all, have you ever received such an uplifting package in the mail? The Bulu Box was printed with lots of motivating phrases and messages. Put a smile on my face before I even opened it!
Bulu Box is the first health, nutrition and weight loss discovery box designed to help you feel your best. Once each month, they send 4-5 sample products for you to try out, so you can find the products and brands that you like the most.
Here is what came in my box:
My first reaction was, ooh a Quest product, since I’ve tried their protein bars. They included two packs of peanut butter flavored Quest Protein Powder. I like to have protein shakes in the morning, when I’m rushed but want to get in some protein at breakfast, so I’ll definitely be trying these out.
The second thing that caught my eye was the little tub of Earth’s Care Anti-Itch Cream. I was hoping it might be more of a body butter or other kind of spa-type item. Since it was anti-itch, I didn’t have an immediate use for it, but I will definitely put it away, and I’m sure we will have a use for it sooner or later!
The next thing I saw was the Mediterra sundried tomato and basil bar. I loved that it was a savory bar, since most bars are sweet and include chocolate. This was different and tasty!
The fourth item in my box was Movit Energy Gummies. I would have been very excited to try these out if I was still training for my marathon and running miles upon miles every week. Since I’m not, I haven’t tried them yet, but I’ve heard from others that they are tasty and provide energy!
Lastly, I received Yerba Prima daily fiber formula. This is a fiber supplement (I got orange flavor) to support digestive health. I will probably try this out, but I’m not personally a fan of orange-flavored things.
Overall, I wasn’t totally jazzed about the products in this box, but as I browsed the Bulu Box website, I saw lots of other products that I would love to try out, so I would definitely be willing to get another box of surprises to try out!
If you like what you see, you can try out Bulu Box yourself! Use discount code SWEATPINK to get 50% off a 3-month subscription!
Today is Day 6 of “Baby Steps to a Better You,” and today’s challenge is to do a health assessment. What are you most concerned about? Do you have weight to lose? Do you have a hard time sleeping? Would you like to have more energy?
Once you’ve identified the thing you want to improve, do a little research and see if there are any supplements or vitamins that might help. If you’re not already taking a multi-vitamin, find out if one would be beneficial to you.
Since I’m trying to conceive, a prenatal vitamin is a must for me, and I also find digestive pills to help my body to absorb essential nutrients (or so I’ve been told by my doctor!).
You don’t want any health issues to prevent you from waking up and attacking the day, so once you’ve determined the nutrients you need, start getting them!
