Blue’s Clues Halloween Costumes

by Megan

For Halloween this year Carter and Vanessa went as Steve and Blue from Blue’s Clues!

Steve and Blue

It doesn’t get much cuter than that! And, bonus, these are fairly easy costumes to put together.

Blue Costume

Vanessa made the cutest little blue puppy! Her costume was as easy as ordering it off Amazon.

Here is the latest version!

If you’re into DIY, all you really need is a blue outfit, some darker blue dots, and cute puppy ears and a tail!

Steve Costume

Carter was Steve, Blue’s adoring owner and regular player of the “Blue’s Clues” game.

Steve Costume

The bottom half of the costume was super easy- all you need are khaki pants, a brown belt, and brown shoes. The top is a little trickier because Steve is known for his trademark green striped shirt.

This one is perfect for an adult!

We were lucky enough to find one in Carter’s size. Now all he needed were some important accessories- his “handy dandy” notebook and crayon!

And when you’re done having Halloween fun, the kiddos can dress up and play Blue’s Clues all day long!

That might be the cutest thing I have ever seen! Maybe we can play Blue’s Clues at Thanksgiving!

Thanks! I bet Carter would like that. He’s very excited for all his cousins to come visit him! Thanks for RSVPing to my Black Friday boutique! I bet Ali would like some of the things we are selling too.
