AT&T Store Redesign and Kate Spade Charger Giveaway

by Megan

I am an AT&T Phoenix Mom, and I was provided with complimentary products in exchange for writing this post about AT&T’s new store concept.

I always love it when I get to meet up with my local blogging buddies, and last week we got a chance to meet for the grand opening of the new AT&T store concept in Paradise Valley.

Where there are bloggers, there are selfies.

The new AT&T stores are designed for the ultimate customer experience. From comfy couches, to tables where you can sit and chat, to the Explore Zone where you can try out all of the cool devices, you’ll be wanting to stay and play awhile!

The idea behind the new concept is that customers can try out the latest technology and see how it fits into their lives. There are three “zones:” the Connected Experience Zone, the Community Zone, and the Explore Zone.

The Connected Experience Zone is dedicated to showing how products can be used in your everyday life. There are sections for music, home security, and entertainment.

I enjoyed trying out the different wireless speakers, and also hearing about the latest technology that can turn my home into a “smart home!”

DIRECTV is now part of the AT&T family, and DIRECTV customers can take advantage of a new promotion where they will receive a $500 credit per line for switching to AT&T’s wireless service.

For a limited time, DIRECTV TV customers who switch their wireless lines to AT&T will receive a $300 bill credit for each line they port in when they buy a smartphone on AT&T Next for that line. Plus, customers who also trade in an eligible smartphone will get an additional trade-in credit or promotion card for $200. You can find more information about the DIRECTV promotion here.

In the Community Zone, visitors can interact with the products at community tables. This is great because you don’t want to buy something and find out later that you don’t like how it works. Try it out first!

I have a smartwatch problem.

The Explore Zone displays a variety of devices and accessories that you can try out and compare to one another. Digital monitors nearby explain how they work.

Oh, hmm, look at some of the cool websites we found (and left open) on these devices…

The AT&T store at Paradise Valley is now open for business, so if you are nearby, make sure to stop by and check it out! There are some great promotions going on right now, including a chance to get a new LG tablet for $.99! Or, if you buy an iPhone on AT&T Next, you can get an iPad mini for $149.99. More info about those deals and more here.

AT&T has more than 60 retail locations in Arizona. To find the nearest AT&T store or device support center, visit www.att.com/find-a-store or www.att.com/dsc.  You can make an appointment first at https://www.att.com/storeappointment/.

Additional information about AT&T products and services is available at http://about.att.com. Follow AT&T on TwitterFacebook, and YouTube, for all the latest news and promotions.

Giveaway time! One of the products I got when we took our tour was an ultra-fashionable Kate Spade portable phone charger. Not only is it cuter than every other charger out there, but when the charger itself is full charged, it holds three full phone charges! Definitely a must-have when you’re on the go!

So today I’m giving away another Kate Spade charger, to one lucky reader! Enter below to win, and good luck!
