April Challenge

Well, I completed the March challenge. Let’s just leave it at that. No, you say? Okay, fine, basically I did the last two weeks on the last two days! I got really lazy mid-month (or really busy doing other things), that I put it off, but I did complete all of the exercises!

April will be both more and less specific. For the month of April, I plan to get up at 6am and workout between 6am and 7am, for as many days as possible. My kids are pretty reliable to sleep until 7ish, and my husband has to leave for work around 6:50, so I usually just sleep until my kids wake me up. I think it will be better to be a little more disciplined and make myself get up a little earlier. Hopefully a morning workout will energize me for the day, and I won’t have to worry about fitting it in later!
For the day to count, I have to get up by 6am and workout for at least 30 minutes before 7am.
I will report back with the number of days that I do this. I won’t be doing Sundays, so no worries that I thought of this halfway through the first day of the month. :)

Good luck!!! I wish I had that kind of discipline!! I have good intentions to try, but never works out!! I am so not a morning person!!!
