The book leans on the premise that it’s okay to skip breakfast and also eat later into the evening, contrary to what we’ve been told for years. There are lots of studies and scientific research quoted in the book to demonstrate how and why this is the case. I was really excited to read that information because fasting in the morning and eating later in the day is naturally how I want to eat.

I’ll definitely continue to utilize the principles from the program moving forward, as I work toward reaching my goal weight, after having lost 69 pounds in the past eight months. I will continue to have my morning fat-burning drink, focus on eating plenty of protein, and enjoy lunches and dinners full of delicious foods that will help me reach my goals!
