February is American Heart Month, and now is the perfect time to take another look at any health-related resolutions you made this year. Did you set goals for exercising and eating right? Are you still on the right path?
If you’ve slipped a little (or a lot, *raises hand*), don’t despair. You can always get back on track, and Campbell Soup Company is running a sweepstakes that could help you out. The Address Your Heart with Campbell’s Pinterest sweepstakes is giving out daily prizes in February- from heart-healthy products to bakeware and utensils to help cook healthy meals.
It’s warming up here in Arizona, and while our Facebook friends and relatives in New England are posting photo after photo of snow, we’ve been posting photos like these:
Yep, it’s sunny and 80 here, but I can always go for a bowl of hot, hearty soup, no matter what the weather. Campbell has a whole line of heart-healthy products, like their Healthy Request® Condensed Soups, and they share “nutritious and delicious” recipes on their site. I definitely will be trying out the Chicken with Peas and Quinoa with my family.
Campbell has partnered with the American Heart Association for the Pinterest sweepstakes, to encourage making small, daily, heart-healthy lifestyle choices. The daily prizes total over $100 each, and the grand prize is a trip for two to the Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson! That would be a short drive for us, but a great prize!
Entering is super easy. Just visit the website, complete the entry form, and click “submit!” You also have the option to follow @CampbellKitchen on Pinterest and pin your favorite recipes from the Campbell’s Address Your Heart Pinterest board.
My family has an unfortunate history of heart disease, so it’s important for me to take steps to ensure better heart health for me, and to set a good example for my little ones! Good thing we all love soup, because Campbell offers more than 80 options that meet the criteria for the American Heart Association’s heart check mark!
So about those resolutions… are you ready to try a little harder and get back on track? If you’re in the same boat as me, there’s no place to go but up!
