I love this quote! Starting today, I’m going to do everything I can for 7 days to change my body for the better!
*took my thyroid medication as prescribed (with a full glass of water and 30 minutes before eating)
*had no sugar!
*did not overeat (thank you, being sick!)
*caught up on a few days of my March challenge (few days behind!)
*spent the whole morning cleaning and organizing the nursery
*took a nap in the afternoon
*went to bed at 11pm
